Cancellation Clause and Commitment Stipulation
Commitment Clause:
Early Cancellation Fee: If you choose to cancel your membership before completing the 12-month commitment, an early cancellation fee will apply. This fee is equivalent to the remaining balance of the membership fees due under the 12-month term. For example, if you cancel after 6 months, you will be responsible for paying the remaining 6 months of membership fees.
Notice Requirement: To cancel your membership, you must provide at least 30 days' written notice. This allows us time to process the cancellation and make necessary adjustments to scheduling and billing.
Membership Hold: We offer a one-time option to place your membership on hold for up to 3 months during the commitment period, for reasons such as relocation or personal circumstances. To activate this option, you must provide a valid reason and documentation as needed. During the hold period, no sessions will be scheduled, and the membership fees will be paused. The original commitment period will be extended by the length of the hold.
Failure to Comply: If you cancel your membership or fail to meet the 12-month commitment without adhering to the cancellation policy, any unpaid balance due for the remaining months will be charged to the payment method on file. Additionally, your access to member benefits will be terminated immediately.
Additional Terms:
Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable. Only the original member can utilize the benefits and services of the membership.
Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any partial months or unused sessions.
